2 days ago ive a patient a little one 
she was 8 years old and with his mother came to mine
herchief complain was the abnormal anatomy on the vulva
I jus examined that and I catch some closure on it
her aunt had this kind of closure also
so I jus order some lab test and sonogoraphy for her however in my opnion I think she was normal on genetic
she had the primary sign on puberty and there is no need to write some extra tests
but now I’m worry abt
I don’t know y
I jus checked out the texts and rcog
theres nt sth to worry abt so tryin to calm down
